Follow a job

1. Open Jobs & visits. Open shows work still going on; Finished shows completed and cancelled jobs.
2. Select a job’s reference.

The job page shows:

• where it’s up to, such as Visit booked, Engineer on the way or Complete,
• each visit’s date and time, and the engineer’s first name once the visit is sent to them,
• Updates from the office, and your own comments,
• photos, job reports and certificates you can download.

Add a comment

Use Add a comment to tell the office something, such as where to find a key. Select Send to and the company’s name. The office is told, and your comment stays on the job with your name.

The home page shows your open jobs and visits planned in the next 30 days.
