What the visit badges mean

Badge	What it means
Scheduled	Booked in the office, not sent to the engineer yet.
Dispatched	On the engineer’s phone, waiting for them to accept the day. In the app it says To accept.
Accepted	The engineer has accepted their day.
En route	They’ve started travelling. The customer has been emailed.
On site	They’ve arrived. The attend SLA is met.
Paused	They’ve stopped for a reason, for example waiting for the customer.
Visit done	Finished. Open it to see photos, forms and the signature.
Visit cancelled	Not happening. A reason is recorded.
