When an engineer answers "No"
At the end of every visit the engineer answers Is the job complete? If they answer No, they write what’s still needed, and the job moves to Attended.
Find these jobs in Jobs by filtering the stage to Attended. Open one and read the Stage reason: that’s the engineer’s note.
Then do whichever fits:
- Another visit is needed. Book it from the planner or with Book visit on the job. The job stays at Attended until the next visit is finished.
- Parts are needed. Select Awaiting parts. See Mark a job as Awaiting Parts.
- It needs pricing first. Open the job’s menu and choose Raise quote. When the customer accepts, you can turn it into a job.
- It’s actually done. Select Mark complete.
Jobs at Attended can still be invoiced for the work done so far.
