An engineer can't see a job

1. Is the visit sent? A visit shows on the phone only once it’s dispatched. If it says Scheduled in the planner, send it with Dispatch day or from the visit’s menu.
2. Is it for today? My Day shows today. Other visits are under Upcoming in the app.
3. Are they on it? Open the visit and check they’re one of the Engineers.
4. Is their account an engineer? In Settings → Users, their type should be Engineer (mobile app).

If all four are right, ask them to pull down on My Day to refresh, or sign out and back in.
