Forms

Some jobs come with forms: an inspection checklist, a service sheet, a risk assessment. They’re in Work steps.

1. Open the form and answer the questions. Answers save as you go.
2. When it’s all filled in, tap Finish form.

A finished form can’t be changed afterwards. If a check is marked Fail, the form shows Finished · a check failed. Depending on how your office set the form up, a failed check tells the office, marks the equipment faulty or creates a follow-up job.

Some forms issue a certificate when they pass, like a gas safety record. It’s created when you finish the visit, and the customer gets it with their documents. You don’t need to do anything else.

The customer’s signature

After you answer Is the job complete?, the app asks you to hand over the phone.

1. The customer types Your name and signs in the Signature area with their finger.
2. They tap Confirm & submit.

To send them the job report, leave Email the job report to… ticked.

If they can’t sign, because nobody’s in or they won’t, tap Customer can’t sign? Record a reason and choose why.
