Customer portal
The customer portal is a website for your customers, branded with your logo and colour. Each person you invite sees only their own organisation’s sites, and never your internal notes, costs or margins.
Your customers can:
- raise a request, with photos, and get a reference straight away,
- follow their jobs and visits, and see the engineer’s first name when they’re on the way,
- read, accept or decline quotes, and ask questions about them,
- download invoices, credit notes, job reports and certificates,
- see their equipment, when it was last checked and when it’s next due.
Everything they do is recorded with their name.
