# What's new

Changes to Sustainable ERP, newest first: new features and improvements you will notice day to day.

## 1 Nov 2026

**New web address.** Sustainable ERP is now at **app.sustainable-erp.co.uk**, and this help centre at **docs.sustainable-erp.co.uk**. Update any bookmarks. Your sign-in and data are unchanged.

**Emails from your company name.** Emails to customers, suppliers and your team now show your company name, for example "Northbank Mechanical via Sustainable ERP", and replies go to your company email. Every email has the same clear layout on phones, Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail. See [Emails aren't arriving](/help/emails-not-arriving/).

**Engineer app notifications.** The engineer app is now called **Sustainable Engineer**. Engineers get a notification on their phone when the office sends, moves or cancels a visit, and tapping it opens the visit. See [Sign in to the engineer app](/engineer-app/sign-in/).

## 28 Oct 2026

**QuickBooks.** Connect QuickBooks Online in **Settings → Integrations**. Issued invoices, credit notes and payments are sent automatically, payments recorded there come back each day, and anything that couldn't be sent is listed with **Retry**. **Customer portal.** Give your customers their own login, with your logo and colour. They raise requests with photos and get a reference straight away, follow their jobs and visits, accept or decline quotes with a signature, download invoices, job reports and certificates, and see their equipment and what's due. You choose which sites each person sees and what they can do, and they never see your internal notes or costs. Start with [Customer portal](/portal/).

**Copy invite link.** In a contact's **Portal access**, **Copy invite link** gives you their invite link to send yourself, for when invite emails don't reach them.

**Timesheets, time off and job costing.** Engineers' time fills in timesheets from their visits. Check each week, put anything right and approve it for payroll, with overtime worked out for you. Approve holiday requests, record sickness and keep track of holiday allowances. Set what each person costs per hour, and every job gets a **Costing** tab showing revenue, cost and margin against the quote. Start with [Timesheets and time off](/people/).

**New name: Sustainable ERP.** The product formerly called Fieldwright is now Sustainable ERP. Nothing else changes: your sign-in, data, links and the engineer app all work as before.

**Form builder and certificates.** Build and change your forms on screen: sections, questions, expected readings, pass or fail rules, repeating rows and questions that depend on others, then publish a new version. Choose what a failed check does: tell the office, mark the equipment faulty or raise a remedial job. Forms can issue numbered certificates with an expiry date, a PDF for the customer and a reminder before they run out. Start with [Build or change a form](/settings/build-a-form/).

## 26 Oct 2026

**Stock and purchasing.** Keep track of parts in your warehouse and on each van, order from suppliers with an approval limit, book deliveries in and match supplier invoices. Engineers use parts from their van in the app and the cost goes on the job. Sustainable ERP warns you when a part runs low and suggests what to order. Start with [Stock and purchasing](/stock/).

## 25 Oct 2026

**Contracts and planned maintenance.** Record maintenance contracts with their sites, response times and billing. Add maintenance plans for any trade, and Sustainable ERP creates each planned visit ahead of time, shows the year at a glance, measures compliance and drafts the instalment invoices.
