# Set up your company

Add your company details, business hours and branch phone number so jobs, SLAs and emails look right from day one.

This is the first thing to do. It takes about five minutes and makes everything else look right: your name on emails and invoices, SLA timers that follow your opening hours, and a phone number your engineers can call.

You need the **Tenant administrator** role, which the account owner has.

## Company details

1. Open **Settings**, then **Company & branding**.
2. Fill in your **Trading name**, **Legal name**, **Company number** and **VAT number**. These print on quotes and invoices.
3. Add your **Phone**, **Email** and **Registered address**.
4. Check **Time zone** says Europe/London and **Currency** says GBP.
5. Select **Save changes**.

## Business hours

Further down the same page, set **Business hours** for each day. Leave a day empty if you're closed.

SLA timers only count time inside these hours. A "fix within 2 working days" job logged on Friday afternoon isn't due until Tuesday afternoon.

## Your branch phone number

1. Open **Settings**, then **Branches**.
2. Open your branch (most companies have one) and add its **Phone**.

When an engineer taps **Call office** in the app, this is the number that rings. If a branch has no phone, the company number is used.
