# The standard reports

What each report in Sustainable ERP measures, from SLA performance and first-time fix to revenue, debtors, PPM compliance and stock.

Open **Reports** and pick one. Every report has a period and filters at the top, and a short note explaining exactly what it counts.

## Operations

- **SLA performance**: how many jobs were attended and fixed on time, by trade, customer and priority, with the breaches listed.
- **Jobs by stage & age**: open jobs and how long they've been waiting.
- **First-time fix & callbacks**: jobs done in one visit, with no further work, no reopening and no callback within 30 days.
- **Engineer performance**: visits completed, time on site and travel, and how busy each engineer was.
- **PPM compliance**: planned maintenance done inside its window. See [PPM compliance](/contracts/compliance/).
- **Certificate expiry**: certificates that have expired and those running out in the next 90 days. See [Certificates](/records/certificates/).

## Commercial

- **Quote conversion**: quotes sent, won and lost, and the win rate.
- **Revenue**: invoiced amounts by month, less credit notes, excluding VAT.
- **Aged debtors**: what's owed, by how many days overdue.
- **Unbilled work**: finished jobs with work not yet invoiced.
- **Job profitability**: jobs completed in the period, revenue against cost, with loss-making jobs and margin by job type. See [Job costing](/jobs/job-costing/).

## Stock

- **Stock valuation**: what's held now in warehouses and vans, at average cost, by location, category and part.
- **Stock usage**: parts used on jobs in the period, less parts put back.
- **Purchase spend**: purchase orders sent in the period by supplier, and how much has arrived.

Commercial and stock reports only show for people whose role allows them.
