# What the visit badges mean

Scheduled, Dispatched, Accepted, En route, On site, Paused: where each visit is, from booking to finished.

| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| **Scheduled** | Booked in the office, not sent to the engineer yet. |
| **Dispatched** | On the engineer's phone, waiting for them to accept the day. In the app it says **To accept**. |
| **Accepted** | The engineer has accepted their day. |
| **En route** | They've started travelling. The customer has been emailed. |
| **On site** | They've arrived. The attend SLA is met. |
| **Paused** | They've stopped for a reason, for example waiting for the customer. |
| **Visit done** | Finished. Open it to see photos, forms and the signature. |
| **Visit cancelled** | Not happening. A reason is recorded. |
