# Send tomorrow's work

Dispatch an engineer's whole day to their phone in one go, and check they've accepted it.

Booked visits stay in the office until you send them. That way you can shuffle the plan without your engineers' phones buzzing every time.

1. Open **Planner** and go to tomorrow with **Next**.
2. On each engineer's row, select **Dispatch day**. The number shows how many visits will be sent.

Their visits appear in the engineer app straight away.

## Has the engineer seen it?

Next to each engineer's name:

- **Not yet accepted**: visits are on their phone but they haven't tapped **Accept today's jobs** yet.
- **Day accepted**: they've seen the day.
- **New since accepted**: you've added or moved something since they accepted. They need to accept again.

You can dispatch a single visit at any time from its menu, for example an emergency added during the day.
