# Move a visit

Reschedule a visit, give it to another engineer, or cancel it, and what the engineer sees when you do.

## Drag it

Drag the visit to another time, day or engineer. You can change the day or the engineer in one move, not both at once.

## Or use the menu

Open the visit's menu and choose:

- **Reschedule** to change the date or time.
- **Change engineer** to give it to someone else.
- **Cancel visit** if it isn't happening. The job goes back to **Unassigned**.

You'll be asked for a reason, which shows on the job's timeline.

## What the engineer sees

If the visit had already been sent to them, it goes back to waiting for them to accept. It shows on their **My Day** as new or changed, and they tap to accept it again. In the planner you'll see **New since accepted** next to their name until they do.

If you cancel a visit that had been sent, the engineer is told.
