# Call the office

Ring your branch from any visit when you cannot do a job, need help, or something on site is not as expected.

Tap **Call office** on any visit. It rings your branch's number, or the company number if your branch doesn't have one.

Use it when:

- you can't do a job today and it needs moving,
- there's no access, or the job isn't what was described,
- you need a part or a second pair of hands.

The office moves or cancels the visit from their side, and your phone updates.
