# PPM compliance

How Sustainable ERP measures whether planned maintenance was done on time, and where to see it.

Planned maintenance (PPM) is compliant when the visit was completed inside its window: by default, within 7 days either side of the due date.

**Compliance** = visits done inside the window ÷ visits due.

- A visit done outside its window counts as late.
- A cancelled visit, or one still not done after its window closed, counts as missed.
- Visits whose window hasn't closed yet aren't counted either way.

## Where to see it

- On each contract, the **PPM compliance** tile and the year view.
- In **Reports → PPM compliance**, by contract and by site, with a list of late and missed visits. You can export it for your customer.
